In his capacity as Brussels Representative of different European associations, he has been involved in the climate and energy field since 2003
He has managed the European Association for Storage of Energy (EASE) office in Brussels as Secretary General since its establishment in September 2011. Since then, EASE has grown from the initial 13 founding members to almost 40.

Rodolfo Martinez is an Electronics Engineer from the School of Engineering of Madrid. He holds a PDD degree in Business Administration by IESE. In 1996 he joined the Generation unit at Iberdrola as Manager of the Generation Control System with responsibility over the technical and regulatory development of the electricity market design. From 2000 to 2014 he headed the department of electricity market operation with responsibility in the dispatch of Iberdrola's generation fleet in Spain and Portugal. Member of the board of the Iberian Electricity Market Operator from 2012 till 2014. Since 2014, he joined the Global Regulation Direction as Head of the Infrastructure Regulation Department, with global expertise on the regulation of transmission, distribution and distributed energy resources.

Jan Fousek is the CEO of the Association for Energy Storage and Batteries (AKU-BAT CZ), which supports development of energy storage in the Czech Republic, especially in the field of legislation changes. He operates also as the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Solar Association of the Czech Republic, where he is responsible for public affairs, European agenda, international conferences and media presence. Jan Fousek is also a Member of the Board of the Union of Modern Energy, which offers cooperation of associations in the field of modern energy (including AKU-BAT and Solar Association). He has been active on energy markets since 2007. Between 2011 and 2016, he was co-owner and managing director of one of the Europe’s largest emissions and electricity traders, Virtuse Energy. In the past, he also helped to develop the Chinese emission allowances market, where he used the experience from the EU markets.

Josh is in charge of coordinating REScoop.eu's input into the negotiations on the EU's clean energy package legislation. A qualified lawyer in California since 2010, Josh has been actively involved in the European energy policy debate since 2012. As climate and energy lawyer for ClientEarth, an environmental law NGO, Josh worked on issues related to the internal energy market, renewables, infrastructure, and community/citizen participation in the energy sector. Josh earned his Juris Doctorate from McGeorge School of law, and he has an LL.M. in Environmental Law & Policy at University College London. He is also a member of the World Commission on Environmental Law.
